CHARACTERISTICS
RASI WE 70 is a specially designed electrode to prepare grooves, gougings and chamfering on steels, castings etc., The exothermoc reaction of this electrode will help to remove the unwanted material in a perfect manner on all ferrous and non ferrous material. The force of the arc blows away undersided materials from its path leaving a clean groove for subsequent operations such as welding surfacing rebuilding etc.

APPLICATIONS
RASI WE 70 is meant for chamfering and gouging on carbon steels, low alloy steels, stainless steel, cast iron & nickel alloys etc to level out cracks, remove deffective weld metal and unwanted metal in castings. The speical advantage of WE 70 is the accessibility in locations where it is incovenient to work with metal cutting tools or even gas cutting torch.

STORAGE
Before using confirm the electrodes are absolutely, dry as packed. If exposed and damp, heat them up to 100^ofor one hour and use.
