CHARACTERSTICS
RASI 308-16 is a Rutile coated all position electrode designed to 19Cr -10Ni using AC/DC+ power source.

APPLICANTIONS
Welding of Stainless Steels of AISI 301, 302, 304 and 308. Used for Hospital Equipments, Air Crafts Frames, Drugs and Pharmaceutical equipments, Apparatus for Nitric Acid, Acetic Acid, Milk, Soap and Fertilizer Industries etc.

SUGGESTED WELDING PROCEDURE
Re-dry the Electrode at125oC for 1Hr, use short arc during welding, keep the electrode in dry conditions, do not keep excesive current and remove the slag with SS wire brush.
